The desperation to try realism pushed me towards this picture, I'm enjoying drawing real things at the moment and its such a challenge! Very enjoyable and very theraputic...when you are really happy with the outcome its so much more rewarding too ;)

Lookin' awesome there! I love the soft lines - and you captured the proportions and tiger-look of the face perfectly =D And I totally agree with you on the therapeutic comment. There's really nothing like the satisfaction you get when you've created something that's beautiful in your eyes.. and you have every right to be proud of this =D
